In March 1999, More, who was six, and his family left Kosovo to find refuge in a refugee camp in Macedonia. After an arduous escape trip to save their lives and get used to living in a camp that didn’t look like home one day, someone came with a screen and a projector and started showing cartoons and films to refugee children. Today, 20 years later, More lives in Pristina and is now a director; this documentary is a journey in search of the people who showed her the films while she was a refugee, which had a significant impact on her life. On this journey, you will discover how films have helped children around the world to overcome trauma and feel at home.
